Kannada Grammar - Gender

Hi Kannada learners! 😊
In this lesson, we will learn about the gender rules in Kannada. We will look at the different genders, how to identify them and how to use them correctly.

Gender is an important part of Kannada grammar. It is used to indicate the gender of nouns and pronouns. In Kannada, there are three genders: masculine, feminine and neuter.

  • Masculine words end in -a or -u.
