Unlike people in Western countries, in Azerbaijan we don't drink so much coffee. However, there is one drink that we cannot imagine our daily life without. This beloved beverage is tea or what we call it "Chai" or "çay". Drinking tea is a way of life in Azerbaijan and it has become an essential part of the culture.
Azerbaijanis love tea. Mornings begin with tea and days end here with tea.
