🤗 Sinhala Greetings for Everyday Life
Hi Sinhala learners! 😃
Do you want to learn how to say “Hello” in Sinhala?
Hello is said “Ayubowan” (Aayu-bo-wan). This will be a great introduction into any of the other greetings.
Greetings are an important part of any language because they allow you to connect and communicate with others.

subha udhasanak: morning greeting | සුභ උදෑසනක් |
subha dhawalak: daytime greeting | සුභ දවාලක් |
subha sandhavak: evening greeting | සුභ සැන්දෑවක් |
subha rathriyak: evening and nighttime greeting | සුභ රාත්රියක් |
sadarayen piligannawa: welcome greeting | සාදරයෙන් පිලිගන්නවා |
