Education in Rwanda
In Rwanda, education is highly regarded and considered a key component of national development. The Rwandan government has invested heavily in the education system, and as a result, the country has made significant progress in achieving universal primary education. The Rwandan education system is comprised of six years of primary education, followed by six years of secondary education. After secondary education, students can opt to attend university or vocational school.
