In this lesson, we will learn the colors in Cebuano. Colors are very important in our daily lives as they are a part of our surroundings. Basic Colors
Let's begin with the basic colors:

Colors can be used to describe a lot of things. For example, in Cebuano idioms, colors can be used to express emotions like being angry, happy, or jealous. Some examples are "mapula ang dugo" (angry), "nagduwa sa bughaw nga kalipay" (very happy), and "mapula ang mata" (jealous). In Cebu, a famous dish is the "sinuglaw" which is a combination of grilled pork belly and raw fish. The name "sinuglaw" is derived from the colors "sinugba" (grilled) and "kilaw" (raw).
