The Future Tenses in English - Formulas & Examples

Let's talk about the future tenses in English. 😊
There are four types of future tense:
- simple future
- continuous future
- perfect future
- continuous perfect future

simple future
Formula
Subject + will/shall + v1 + object
Examples
- I will go to office.
- She will dance at the party.
- We shall help you.
- Prince will study now.
continuous future
Formula
Subject + will/shall+ be + v1 + ing + object
Examples
- You will be coming here.
- They will not be enjoying.
- Who will be giving her money?
perfect future tense
Formula
Subject + will/shall + have + v3 + object
Examples
- The TV will have broadcasted the show.
- Mother will have cut the cake.
continuous perfect future
Formula
Subject + will/shall + have + been + v1 + ing + object
Examples
- You will have been doing office work from 1 till 2 days.
- Nanthan will have been doing exercise till 3 o'clock.
