Tigrinya Vocabulary - Express Surprise

Let's start with the most common way to express surprise in Tigrinya:

Tigrinya Pronunciation English
ሓሶት! (Hasot!) ha-sot Wow!/Surprise!

You can use this phrase anytime you want to express surprise.

Another useful word to use when you're surprised is:
