The words in -al have their plural in -aux.

But there are some exceptions whose the plural is -als, we have 9 words with the plural in-als, and they are:

   -Chacal = Chacals /  {Jackal}
   -Aval = Avals   /   {Downstream}
   -Bal = Bals   /  {Bal}
   -Carnaval = Carnavals  /  {Carnival}
   -Corral = Corrals  /  {Corral}
   -Récital = Récitals  /  {Recital}
   -Régal = Régals  /   {Treat, Delight}
   -Festival = Festivals  /  {Festival}
   -Final =Finals  /   {Final}
