In this lesson, we will learn about the future tense in Malayalam. The future tense is used to talk about events that will happen in the future. It is important to understand the rules of the future tense in order to communicate effectively in Malayalam.

Forming the Future Tense

The future tense in Malayalam is formed by adding the suffix -നു to the verb stem. For example, the verb പറയുന്നു (to say) becomes പറയുന്നുനു (will say).

Using the Future Tense

The future tense is used to talk about events that will happen in the future. It can also be used to make predictions or assumptions about the future. For example:

• ഞാൻ അവിടെ കണ്ടെത്താനും (I will find it here).
• അവരുടെ പദവി വളരെ മെച്ചപ്പെടും (Their position will improve a lot).

ഞാൻ കഴിയുന്നുനു	nān kazhiyununnu-nu	I will be able to do it
