The names of the planets are similar in French and English because they come from Latin and Greek but be careful because their pronunciations can be quite different.

L’astronomie nous ramène dans l’étude de l’univers, des astres et tout ce qui se passe au-delà de l’espace terrestre. Elle se porte surtout aux objets comme les étoiles et les planètes. L’observation des étoiles pousse très loin notre curiosité à en savoir encore plus. Après avoir contemplé les myriades d’étoiles dans un ciel d’été bien dégagé ou la beauté de la pleine lune qui éclaire la nuit, nos enfants viennent vers nous pour nous poser des tas de questions auxquelles on n’a pas toujours de réponses. Ils ont tellement envie de voyager dans l’espace à travers les étoiles et les planètes. Ils rêvent même déjà de devenir des astronautes à l’avenir. Astronomy brings us back to the study of the universe, the stars and everything that happens beyond terrestrial space. It is mainly applied to objects such as stars and planets. Stargazing pushes our curiosity to know even more very far. After contemplating the myriads of stars in a clear summer sky or the beauty of the full moon that lights up the night, our children come to us to ask lots of questions to which we do not always have answers. They so want to travel in space through the stars and planets. They even dream of becoming astronauts in the future. How can you explain this magical and attractive phenomenon to them?
