Seeing the two words, people usually consider them as the same thing, but they actually have different meanings.
漢語/汉语 means the language(s) and dialects spoken (and written) by Han people.
中文 means the language(s) and dialects written (and spoken) by Chinese, may include minority.
This 中 is ambiguous, because it may refers to Han or Chinese of all ethnic groups, People's Republic of China or Republic of China or whole China.
