English Hindi Condition What for?
You Tum if you have about the same age.
You Aap if the person is older or younger or the age is unknown for giving respect
He(while giving respect in place of they) ve for giving respect

Now lets learn how to use in sentence.

English Hindi Polite
You are great. Tum mahan ho. Aap mahan ho.
You are going to market. Tum bazar ja rahe ho. Aap bazar ja rahe hai.

Rahe hai is used to express politeness.
