Most of the time, you may hear of the death of an acquaintance by women crying and shouting out. If it happens, try to visit the family as soon as possible to present your condolences. If it’s a male volunteer you can attend the burial but female volunteers should not; they need to be with women.

You may give money or supplies to help the family with the funeral expenses, especially if you know the family well. The funeral day may be different from the day the person dies; it could be the third day or ñ week after.
