Translate & vote - from English to Cymraeg

English phrase to TRANSLATE:
Anything that will put your email address on to a publicly accessible page will in all likelihood cause you to start getting more and more spam.
Why? Because one technique that spammers use is to visit all the web pages that they can and collect anything that looks like an email address to add to their mailing list.
Don't do it!
That's why we strongly recommend [a href="/help/my-mailbox"] to use your Polyglot Mailbox [/a] to contact other members.
Vote for the best!

Mi fydd unrhywbeth sydd yn rhoi eich cyfeiriad ebost ar dudalen sydd yn agored i'r cyhoedd yn fwy na thebyg yn arwain at dderbyn mwy a mwy o sbam.
Pam? Oherwydd mai un techneg mae sbamwyr yn ei defnyddio yw i ymweld â chymaint o wefannau a phosib a chasglu unrhywbeth sydd yn edrych fel cyfeiriad ebost i'w ychwanegu at eu rhestr bostio.
Peidiwch a'i wneud!
Dyna pham rydym yn argymell yn gryf [a href="/help/my-mailbox"] i chi ddefnyddio eich Blwch Post Clwb Amlieithog [/a] i gysylltu ag aelodau eraill.
