Contrary to what some may believe, the state of hypnosis has nothing to do with being unconscious. For the duration of the session, I was aware of what was going on around me, what I did or said. But unlike a traditional course in a room where you have a tendency to let your mind wander, I was totally focused on what the teacher says. And everything seemed clear and easy.
