Hi! I'm currently focusing on learning Arabic (first priority), Portuguese (second priority), and Urdu (third priority--need to focus on differences between Urdu and Hindi), but am also interested in improving my Hindi (fourth priority), Spanish (fifth priority), and Gujarati (sixth priority). I also like focusing on the cultural side... what you like to do and the way you talk etc... because what it's all about, to learn to communicate with more people! Languages for me are both a hobby and a professional interest as a way of complementing my future job, whatever that may end up being. My parents know Portuguese and Spanish (didn't teach me that much of them but at least got me started with appreciating foreign languages), and from there I discovered my interest and aptitude for languages. I then studied abroad in India, which really fired up my obsession with cultures and languages. India was when I truly started immersing myself in language and culture, hoping to add some international perspective to my career. I love the similarities and differences between people, and I also love to "crack the code" of a language, giving it color as my grasp of it evolves over time. I also love teaching, so please utilize me as a language learning tool if you'd like! Looking forward to getting to know you :) -Eric
