- The main purpose of the research is ”The Effect of Training Style (Traditional and Digital) on Student Participation Motivation in Physical Education Class”.
- Research method: The method of this research is quasi-experimental and applied in terms of purpose and will be done using a pre-test-post-test plan.
- The research sample will include 40 students (20 in the traditional training group and 20 in the digital training group).
- They will be selected by random sampling.
- Data collection tools and methods: The tool used in this study is the Participation Motivation Questionnaire (PMQ).
- This questionnaire was prepared by Gill et al. In 1983.
- Test execution method: By referring to the schools and selecting the samples, individual characteristics questionnaires will be distributed among the participants.
- After that, in the pre-test stage, all participants will complete the Participation Motivation Questionnaire.
- To implement the protocol in traditional training, the usual method of face-to-face teaching will be used.
- The skill used in this research will be badminton long service training.
- Digital training will use pictures, educational videos and computer games.
- After the acquisition stage, a post-test will be performed and all participants will once again complete the Participation Motivation Questionnaire.
- Data processing method: Data will be analyzed using Analyze of Covariance (ANCOVA) and software SPSS.
- Various methods have been proposed to increase the motivation of students to participate in physical education class activities in schools.
- Teachers’ training style is one of the most important of these methods.
- With this necessity in this research, an attempt will be made to extract ”The Effect of Training Style (Traditional and Digital) on Student Participation Motivation in Physical Education Class”.
