  • Why does your country have an army?

    • Poland has army because it's necessity.
  • My country has uneasy history.
    • We fighted against our enemies from our beginnings.
  • We always had hardships because we had strong and agressive neighbours.
  • Germany and Russia were kept us in uncertainty.
    • However we have'been also strong enemy for our neighbours.
  • I am especially proud of our cavalry-Husary.
    • They were us brand sign through centuries.
    • Later we wasdefeated and divided by Germany,Austria and Russia.
  • And then after 121 years we were independent again.
    • After second world war we were formally independent but by and large conquered by Russia.
  • Since 1989 we are independent.
  • Nevertheless times changed and now wars are conducted in another style.
  • I am afraid that we can be attacted by Russia who is always agressive.
  • On the other side we are attacked politically by European Union.
  • I am realist and I now that our army and power is restricted and we are not strong enough to resist long in case of attack.
  • However I am proud of my herritage.
    • I am proud of beeing Pole.
