- Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to complain about the purchase I have done recently in your shopping site and it didn't delivered yet.
- i submitted an order four days ago while I didn't get my order yet since that day.
- Unfortunately, the purchase I have done by internet because of time limitation, didn't completed yet and it makes me dissapointed.
- Naturally, I made a contact to your support unit after 2 days and discussed about issue that happend to me but, they didn't do anything effective to settle this matter.
- Imagine my discomfort feeling when I saw your support team reaction that said to me "you have to wait", as a solution.
- This kind of behavior was very unprofessional.
- I insist on getting a full refund of 150$ as soon as possible.
