  • The Letter to A Taxi Company

  • Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you because I had an unpleasant accident with your service a fortnight ago.
  • When I called to your company, an operator said that the number of the car was AM123.
  • Also that car was going to take me on the corner of New Street at 22:00 p.m. on the 3rd of May.
  • However, I was there in time and had to wait at least 30 minutes until the car came.
  • When we were moving to the point of the destination, the driver had been asking me about the road all the time.
  • It was really annoying.
  • At the end of travelling, the driver asked me to pay the double, because the road had taken so long.
  • So, I would like to make an official complaint about the quality of the service.
  • I would like to receive excuse on this situation and to pay back half of the money which I gave to your driver.
