Again very inaccurate use of Kashmiri vocabulary. 

For one, Noon chai is pink in colour and Sheer chai is white, so already it is obvious whoever wrote this has a weak grasp of both the Kashmiri language and culture. Noon chai literally means salt tea and is almost always made with salt, and is the most commonly consumed beverage, not Kahwa which is mainly served on special occasions. 

There are numerous types of Kashmiri breads, none of which we call naan, and kulcha is a type of bread. Bread in Kashmiri is tsot, and types of bread include lavas, kulche, shirmal, bakirkhen, tsotchwud, among others.
