SUNDAY IS THE DAY THAT MEXICAN PEOPLE CAN TAKE A BREAK FROM THE WORK DAYS. PEOPLE USUALLY SPEND THE DAY WITH THEIR FAMILIES OR GO TO CHURCH.

  • No sé si saben que es un país con gran diversidad de comida. Los días lunes se acostumbra a comer lentejas (menestra ).

I don't know if they know it is a country with a great diversity of food. On Mondays it is customary to eat lentils (stew).

  • La gente cree que trae buena suerte para el resto de la semana.

People think it brings good luck for the rest of the week.

  • Los fines de semana: jueves, viernes y sábado las personas salen a divertirse. Los domingos van a las iglesias.

On weekends: Thursday, Friday and Saturday people go out to have fun. On Sundays they go to the churches.
