Facts about Southern Haida[edit | edit source]
Haida is a language spoken in the Haida Gwaii archipelago off the coast of Canada and on Prince of Wales Island in Alaska. Haida is an endangered language with only 24 native speakers. In 1774, it was estimated there were around 15,000 speakers.
