Healthy Habits

On the summer months,many people in the world try to get comfortable and light, eating healthy foods as well as gain muscle mass and be fitness.

If you want stay healthy,you must follow this vocabulary for increase your knowledge (And also you Healthy habits)

Make a list of Diet:

Use this, when you planing a nutritional framework, many times it helps to consult with experts from the fitness world, in America it is very common to hear native people talking about this healthy topic,create a list. It is not difficult, it´s easy to recognize the food research, and for that, you can follow the parameters below:

  • Eat Healthily: This expression is very common and necessary. This refers to eliminating foods with processed brand,as artificial and chemical flavors, and start eating natural foods like fruits and vegetables and drink of course a lot of water.
  • Really start the diet: It is an occasional phrase used by people when they begin to follow food parameters that are healthy. Sometimes we can hear: ¨I need to stick to my diet”, that is, eating foods that are outside the original frame.
  • Couning Calories: pay attention to the amount of calories you consume daily, calories are essential units of energy, and this refers to two points in particular, your food and your body fat, this is how you can consult.stay well hydratedstay well hydrated
  • Stay well hydrated: finally in this first list, the fourth essential parameter, drink a lot of water naturaly also with active components like lemon, or sports drinks like ¨Powerade¨. And of course, when you are sick you need to hydrate. Hydration is very important when exercising! This is all for the moment, keep going through here and possibly you will know more about the healthy topic and common words regarding health and food.

Commandments to do to read your aim at gym:

  • Body type: The sportsmen need to know his/or own body first, there are some body types such as: Ectomorph, Endomorph and Mesomorph, if you know your body type well, you can make both a suitable nutrition and workout program. Ectomorph body type is known as "barely gain muscle", in this body type, you shouldnt work out more than 4 times in a week, for such king of hard gainers strenght training is the best option. Of course, it can be effective only if workout is accompanied by high protein and moderate carb intake nutrition program. Endomorph body type is high fat ratio, big and incline to store fat. so for this body type, sportmen should workout more often, it shouldnt be less than 4, and as in Ectomorph, strenght trainin could be good option, becauce cardio is temporarily resolution for them to loose fat, if the sportmen gain muscles, this will speed up basal metabolism, so even with daily activity, sportment spent more calories. so strenght training will have long-run effect. Mesomoprh body type is muscular, high metabolism speed and responsive muscle cells. these type of sportsmen can do bro-type workout program which is focused on different body types each day.
