In this lesson, we will learn how to give your opinion in Hausa. We will look at the different ways to express your opinion and how to use them in a sentence. We will also look at some examples of how to use these expressions in everyday conversations. So let's get started!

Expressing Your Opinion

When expressing your opinion in Hausa, there are several ways to do so. The most common way is to use the phrase "ina da ra'ayi" which literally translates to "it has an opinion". This phrase is used to express your opinion on a certain topic or issue. For example:

  • Ina da ra'ayi cewa wannan shirin ba zai yi aiki ba.*

This translates to "I think that this program won't work".

Another way to express your opinion is to use the phrase "ina ganin" which literally translates to "I think". This phrase is used to express your opinion on a certain topic or issue. For example:

  • Ina ganin wannan shirin zai yi aiki.*

This translates to "I think this program will work".

You can also use the phrase "ina so" which literally translates to "I want". This phrase is used to express your opinion on a certain topic or issue. For example:

  • Ina so mu yi wannan shirin.*

This translates to "I want us to do this program".
