Cultural Information

Lithuanian cuisine is known for its hearty and rustic dishes. Some popular traditional Lithuanian dishes include cepelinai (potato dumplings stuffed with meat), kugelis (potato pudding), and šaltibarščiai (cold borscht soup). When dining out in Lithuania, it is customary to dress nicely and arrive on time. Tipping is not a common practice in Lithuania, but it's appreciated if the service was excellent.

I hope this lesson has been helpful in preparing you for dining out in Lithuania. Ačiū for learning with me!
