Belarusian traditional clothing, called “Kroj", is still worn on some occasions, such as weddings and folk festivals. The Kroj varies by region, with different designs, patterns, and fabric used. Women wear long dresses with headscarves, while men wear shirts, trousers and boots. The traditional clothing is often embroidered with colorful patterns, and the headscarves are tied in very intricate ways.
