Afrikaans Grammar - How to Use "Have"

Introduction

The verb "have" is used to express possession, ownership, or relationship. It is also used to express obligation, necessity, or permission. In Afrikaans, the verb "have" is translated as "het".

Present Tense

In the present tense, the verb "have" is conjugated as follows:
