Drinks

Here are some of the most common drinks in Lingala:

Lingala Pronunciation English Translation
mbisi m-bee-see beer
ndakala n-da-ka-la water
sikulu see-koo-loo juice
kalasi ka-la-see wine
mabele ma-be-le milk

You can also use the Lingala words for "tea" and "coffee":
