Types of Questions

There are two main types of questions in Urdu: yes/no questions and wh-questions.

Wh-Questions

Wh-questions are questions that require more information than just a yes or no answer. These questions usually start with a question word, such as "who", "what", "where", etc. For example:

  • Who is your teacher?

  • Where do you learn Urdu?
