Language/Thai/Vocabulary/Numbers
สวัสดี! Thai Learners! 😃
➡ In today's lesson we will learn how to use numbers in Thai.
Happy learning!
In Thailand, it is common to ask the age of the person to whom one speaks very early at the meeting. Why ? simply to know who is the oldest and therefore who has the respect. Thus, the people who discuss will be able to respect a certain protocol (not very complicated I reassure you).
You will notice we chose to separate words written in Thai. Normally, they are all together. Thus, a sentence appears to us as an interminable word. I advise you to start immediately in the learning of writing but know that sooner or later you will have to put you there to fully understand the subtleties of intonations and accents.
As you will notice, counting in Thai is super simple! It's good news. You were told that Thai was complicated to learn? You will realize that there is no conjugation and that you can learn to count to 999 in a few minutes.
