  • أنا ضائع/ضائعة (Ana daa'i/daa'ia) - I am lost.

Tourist: أين يوجد المطار؟ (Ayna yujad al-maṭār?) Local: المطار قريب من هنا. يمكنك الذهاب بالتاكسي أو بالحافلة. (Al-maṭār qarīb min huna. Yumkinuka al-dhahāb biltāksī aw bil-ḥāfilah.) Tourist: كيف يمكنني الذهاب بالحافلة؟ (Kayfa yumkinuni al-dhahāb bil-ḥāfilah?) Local: اذهب إلى محطة الحافلات هنا واستقل الحافلة رقم ٢٠١. (Idhhab ila maḥaṭṭat al-ḥāfilāt huna wa-istqil il-ḥāfilah raqm 201.) Tourist: شكرًا جزيلاً! (Shukran jazīlan!)
