What is the longest Russian word?[edit | edit source]

The longest Russian word is an adjective:

«электрофотополупроводниковый» with 28 letters.

It's a scientific word, it means ‘electrophotosemiconducting’.

"одиннадцатиклассница" with 20 letters = 11-grade-school-girl

"стовосьмидесятипятимиллиметровка" with 32 letters = 185mm-gun
