In the previous lesson, we learned about greetings, introductions, numbers, and counting in Modern Greek. We also learned about the days, months, and seasons in Greek. Now, in this lesson, we will focus on the names of family members and basic vocabulary related to relationships.

Family is an important part of Greek culture, and it's essential to know the names of different family members. Let's learn the vocabulary for various family members in Modern Greek:
- ο πατέρας (o patéras) - father
- η μητέρα (i mitéra) - mother
- ο αδερφός (o aderfós) - brother
- η αδερφή (i aderfí) - sister
- ο γιος (o yios) - son
- η κόρη (i kóri) - daughter
- ο παππούς (o papoús) - grandfather
- η γιαγιά (i yaiayá) - grandmother
- ο ανιψιός (o anipsiós) - nephew
- η ανιψιά (i anipsiá) - niece
- ο θείος (o theíos) - uncle
- η θεία (i theía) - aunt
