Overview[edit | edit source]

The conditional mood is formed by using the verb เดšเต†เดฏเตเดฏเตเดจเตเดจเดคเต (ceyyunnathu) which means "to do". This verb is conjugated according to the subject of the sentence. For example, if the subject is "I", then the verb would be conjugated as เดžเดพเดจเตโ€ เดšเต†เดฏเตเดฏเตเด‚ (njan ceyyum).

Formation[edit | edit source]

The conditional mood is formed by adding the suffix เด‰เด‚ (um) to the verb. For example, if the verb is เด•เดดเดฟเดฏเตเด‚ (kazhiyum), then the conditional form would be เด•เดดเดฟเดฏเตเดฎเตเดชเต‹เดณเตโ€ (kazhiyumpol).
