Here's a dialogue in Egyptian Arabic using the animal names from the table above:

Person 1: أنا بحب الحيوانات. (Ana baheb el-hayawanat.) - I love animals.

Person 2: أي نوع من الحيوانات بتحب؟ (Ay noa' men el-hayawanat betheb?) - What kind of animals do you love?

Person 1: بحب القطط، الفراخ، والأسود. (Baheb el-otat, el-farakh, wel-asad.) - I love cats, chickens, and lions.

Person 2: وشو رأيك في الحمير والبقر؟ (Wesho ra'eyak fel-homar wel-ba'ara?) - What about donkeys and cows?

Person 1: بحب الحمير، بس مش بحب البقر. (Baheb el-homar, bas mesh baheb el-ba'ara.) - I love donkeys, but I don't like cows.

Person 2: والكلاب والقرود والفئران؟ (Wel-kalab wel-qarod wel-fe'ran?) - What about dogs, monkeys, and mice?

Person 1: مش بحبهم كتير، بس بحب البط والأرانب. (Mesh bahebohom kteer, bas baheb el-batta wel-arnab.) - I don't like them very much, but I love ducks and rabbits.
