German chat/ German exchange

5PM EDT/EST A meeting for those of you learning German, or speaking German and wanting to practice your American English skills. We are aiming to have daily meetings soon allowing people to meet one another and help themselves learn their native languages. Our program is quite simple. We provide a place to meet online regualrly. Our moderators will someitmes join chats and sometimes not. Either way the chats are controlled remotely by a moderator, who ensures that all attendants are able to practice speaking their target labguage for a significant period of time each chat. We will usually aim to practice in a speed dating style allowing you access to multple different people to speak to during each chat, thi is of course fully dependant on attendance. There are no fees at any time and never will be, and more importantly there is no advertising or request for donaions or anything of the sort. Just people helping one another in the spirit of learning and friendship.

We currently operate small meetings in English/ Spanish and French quite successfully and are hoping to do the same with German! We look forward to seeing you at our next chat/exchange.
