Örebro is a region 200km west of Stockholm.  About 250 000 people live in this region and the main part is in Örebro which is the central city with 130 000 inhabitants.

If you are in Stockholm it is easy and cheap to visit Örebro so feel most welcome to come here and learn som Swedish.

Except for the City of Örebro this region can offer a very beautiful nature. We have the southern parts of Bergslagen, the parts of Sweden where all the mining took place some hundred years ago with numerous sights to see and history to be entertained by.

In the southern part of the region is Vättern, the second largest lake of Sweden. And also Tiveden, a huge forest area which attracts lots of tourists from all over the world!
