For example verb ”писати”: Я - писав(he)/-ла(she) (I) Ти - писав(he)/-ла(she) (you) Він - писав (he) Вона - писала (she) Воно - писало (it) Вони - писали (they) Ми - писали (we) Ви - писали (You) And same with other verbs. If it’s plural - you add ’-ли’, if it’s he - ’-в’ and she - ’-ла’ |

In a whole Past tense verbs are formed by adding the suffix -в- in the masculine gender and the suffix -л- in the feminine and neuter genders and in the plural
I / he read - Я/він чита(в), I/he ran -Я/він біга(в), I/he played - Я/він гра(в) but sometimes there is an exception for ex. I/he brought - Я/він приніс.
You (singular) read, ran, played - Ти (однина) чита(в), біга(в), гра(в) but You brought - Ти приніс.
She read, ran, played - Вона чита(ла), біга(ла), гра(ла) and She brought - Вона принес(ла).
It read, ran, played - Воно чита(ло), біга(ло), гра(ло) and It brought - Воно принес(ло).
We/You (Plural or respective) read, ran, played, brought - Вони/Ви (множина або звертання на Ви) - чита(ли), біга(ли), принес(ли).
