eyvallah dini değil, sadece biraz argo gibi sen söylersen garip olabilir belki, yabancılar argo konuşunca komik oluyor.

eyvallah is not religious

it's e vallah, used in some arab regions, as a confirmation word

its arabic, it contains allah, but not religious at all

Ulyana26Ulyana26 profile picture

Eyvallah is changing with the context. For example you want something from someone and he or she didn’t do it and you say eyvallah is a word spoken with resentment. Another context is like accepting or saying thank you.

Sağol=Thanks(informal)

Sağol's mean is "long live". We say long live to the people for the respect.

Teşekkürler=Thanks(informal)

Teşekkür ederim=Thank you(formal)

Eyvallah=Thanks(Muslim people use this one. Allah’s mean is God)

sağol, eyvallah and teşekkür ederim means the same but you can use them in different situations. You can use ”teşekkür ederim” in places that you have to be polite. You can use ”sağol” to your friends. And you can use ”eyvallah” to someone you are too close. But it is not so used beacuse it is not so polite

”Teşekkür ederim” literally means ”I thank” and more formal than the other two. ”Sağ ol” Literally means ”be alive”. Lastly ”Eyvallah” is pretty informal and used rarely. They approximately mean the same.
