R pronounced sh?

Hi guys, i noticed that in the end of words, people often pronounce it "sh". Is it very common? Is there a gramatical rule? Is it just a kind of slang/dialect?
Son kelimeden r kadar söylemek sh mi?

Did you mean that you notice in the end of words or sentences? if it is a sentece, "sh" -> ş ; muş miş (it's sound like that mush mish) "-miş -miş" is a suffix in past tense. for example yapmış -> he made.
