Which sentence is correct?

أقف على رجلي الأيسر
أقف على رجلي أليسرى

Is the first sentence correct, because رجل is masculine?

Okay, thanks a lot. Still I’m bit confused as the google translator tells me
My left arm = ذراعي اليسرى
My right arm = ذراعي الأيمن

Apparently there are two forms for each side
So I’m not sure when/which form to choose.
Perhaps I should wait for this topic to be covered in my Arabic textbook rather than experiment. :-/

Here’s another way to differentiate btw (اليمنى والأيمن)
    common with feminine
    common with masculine

In Standard Arabic, if the described thing is not a person, then you can use the masculine or feminine form interchangeably.
    So we can say
    ذراعي الأيمن
    ذراعي اليمنى

However, in spoken Arabic, you’ll find
    اليمنى واليسرى
common with (leg, eye, foot, hand)
    الأيمن والأيسر
    common with (arm)

Can أليسرى be used for all parts of the body that appear twice(arm, leg, foot, eye, hand...)? In which case/cases is الأيسر used?

The second is correct but note that it’s written as follows:-
أقف على رجلي اليسرى

Also, it’s more accurate to say
أقفُ على قدمي اليسرى
