Hi! In Argentina we say:
- La 1 de la mañana (1AM) - las 11 de la mañana (11AM)
- El mediodía (o las 12)
- La 1 de la tarde (1PM) - las 7 de la tarde (7PM)
- Las 8 de la noche (8PM) - las 12 de la noche (medianoche)

So you can say ”buenas tardes” from 1PM until 7PM/7:30PM

Thanks. I guess it depends on the country. Here in Canarias Islands, they say ”Buenas tardes” from 2PM
