Are there good russian tongue twisters? Ideally with lots of "R" in it? I need to practice my pronouncation

Hello Bob, many Russian children have difficulties with "Р", so there are many tongue twisters that are widely known. Here are some of them: (In the courtyard of the widow Barbara, two thieves stole firewood.) (Eagle is on the mountain, feather is on the eagle. The mountain is under the eagle, the eagle is under the feather.) (There is a mountain in the middle of the yard.) (Woodcutters chopped raw oaks for log cabins.) (Pink roses freeze in the cold.) (The radish and turnip have a strong root.) (The radish rarely grew in the garden; the garden was rarely in order.) (Greka rode over the river, Greka sees in the river cancer. Greka shoved his hand in the river, cancer went for Greka's hand - tsap (sound for grabing)!) (Karl stole corals from Klara, and Klara stole the clarinet from Karl.) (In the yard there is grass, on the grass there is firewood. Do not cut firewood on the grass of the yard.) (The role of the lyre in the world is small. Nevertheless, the lyre is dear to me.)

Any language is a probabilistic hierarchy. So we can find the top of the phonetic hierarchy. The phonetic key of the Russian language is: "Эй, ты, иди сюда, зараза". ("Hey you, come here, contagon.) The point of concentration of speech forces is between the tongue and the back wall of the throat.

Excellent for practicing tongue ~ glottal stop alternation, but it is one helluva weird "statement".

While tongue-twisting pronunciation practice challenges re: the letter "R" ("Р") are of course important, for many non-native learners of Russian it is as important to practice the 'proper' way to make the Russian sounds "S" ("С") and "Sh" ("Ш"). [note: also important is distinguishing Ш and Щ, but I haven't @ the moment a Russian language "tongue twister" to offer you... perhaps Igor105 does?]

Anyway, here's a good bit of practice re: distinguishing and alternating between "С" and "Ш":
