Всем привет! Не могли бы вы рассказать мне, как вы переводите эту фразу на английский?

"Нам с тобой"

Может быть: "You and I" ?
или: "To you and me" ? (дательный падеж)
или: "We and you" ?
или: "To us and you" ? (дательный падеж)

В чем разница между "Нам с тобой" и "Я и ты" и "Я да ты"?

Нам с тобой = тебе и мне. Т.е. "Нам с тобой" = "To you and to me"

    "Я и ты" - очевидно, именительный падеж.

    "Я да ты" - уже интереснее. "да" = "и", устаревшая форма. "да" в этом смысле часто употребляется, чтобы показать, что перечисляемых объектов мало.
    Строка из песни о военной жизни: "нас осталось мало, мы да наша боль".

    "Я да ты" - sounds more interesting. "да"="и", an old form. "Да" in such form is often used to show, that there are few enumerated objects.
    Line from the song about a war life: "Нас осталось мало, мы да наша боль."

    Please, give the context. Дательный падеж наиболее вероятен.
    Если читать буквально, то перевод будет, "to us and you", но это устойчивое выражение, значит "тебе и мне".

It depends on the context. It can be translated as: For both of us. ...or as you said To you and me.
Я да ты-It's an old Russian form of Я и ты. The meaning is the same, the only difference is that it is no longer used in spoken or modern written form of Russian.
