Go for basic phrases, everyday functional ones. Choose the ones that you like and want to use. Be careful about the pronounciation - the best way is to copy the natives from your recordings because pronounciations is a bit :) tricky. Have lots of fun in the process !!!

You should, talk a lot. Be careful when pronouncing, the sounds are quite difficult.
