Look for "szyk wyrazów w zdaniu", "szyk składniowy". The basic, the most neutral is subject+verb+object. Example: Krzysiek mieszka w Warszawie. But there are some "tendencies" it's worth to get fammiliar with (http://free.of.pl/g/grzegorj/gram/pl/skladnia22.html)

Hi! It is the same as in English. You will need a/an/- person/item/country/animal(s) etc. in the first place, than an action and finally the rest of the sentence. I think that the noun conjugation can be more difficult to learn, because you will have put the correct form of the noun to your subject.
For example:
Tom eats lots of fat. - Tom je dużo tłuszczu.
Elwira and Ola eat lots of fat. - Elwira i Ola jedzą dużo tłuszczu.
As you can see, the order of the words is the same, but the nouns have changed.
