Word order in Korean is ”Subject > Object > Verb”.
It is the opposite of English.

So you would say, ”I want to study Korean” in English.
In Korean you would say,
”Korean[to] study[do] want to.”

Korean=한국말
to=을/를
study=공부
do=하다
want to =~고 싶다

Put them together and you have 한국말을 공부하고 싶다.
Say it semi-formally and you have 한국말을 공부하고 싶어요.
Say it very-formally and you have

Specifically 를 becomes 을 if it comes after a 받침 (a consonant or vowel in the lower half of the previous sound group.)

I hope it helps!
