I am not quite sure, but i believe Kabiyè has situational greetings: for example, they have 6 ways to say good morning, a different form for singular, plural, masculine, feminine, an aswer and a synonym. The closest thing i could find to a general greeting was ”allo”, which is most commonly used as a starting phrase on the phone. I hope this helps enough ) |
