Those adverbs have a common temporal meaning of ”just now” or ”at this moment”, but ”nun” is more often than ”jetzt” also used in a consecutive or conclusive manner.
Hence the interrogative forms are: ”Und jetzt?” and ”Nun?”

    jetzt is more usual in Bavaria and Austria.
